Code of Ethics of Conduct with specific regard to Child Welfare

BEHAVIOUR

As parents ourselves, our photographers and staff:

will never request unsupervised access to young people.
will endeavour to be easily identified at all times through wearing company branded clothing.
will only attend in an official capacity when arranged by the event organisers.
behave appropriately and professionally at all times.
will always attempt to maintain the highest standards of ethics and professional behaviour in our working environment. In short, strive to treat all children as we would wish for our own.

PHOTOGRAPHS

All of our photographs:

will be appropriate to the event and sport.
will be considerate of the dignity of those included.
will be entirely deleted on reasonable demand if required or cropped/altered if technically possible where of a group for example.

WEBSITE

Images taken at our events:

will be made publicly available but prevented from unauthorised download where technically possible.
can be removed on request by emailing peter@spidge.co.uk.
